Azu Denton
Founder

Azu Denton is a visionary entrepreneur and advocate for women's economic empowerment, with over two decades of leadership spanning corporate retail, analytics, and community development. In 2018, she founded Women’s Wellth 360 (WW360), a vibrant and growing network of over 400 female entrepreneurs based in Northwest Arkansas. WW360 is more than a business network — it is a catalyst for connection, empowerment, and knowledge-sharing, dedicated to building a stronger, more inclusive community by uplifting women-owned businesses.
Before launching WW360, Azu founded Omni Analytics and Training, an Omni Channel Solutions company born from her 25+ years of experience in the retail industry. Having worked on both sides of the negotiating table — in sales and buying — Azu brings a unique, holistic understanding of the market. Her corporate journey includes key roles at major organizations such as Walmart Stores Inc., Philips Consumer Electronics, Coty Inc., and ConAgra, giving her deep insight into both U.S. and international business landscapes.
Azu’s passion for elevating women in business extends beyond her ventures. She currently serves as Board Chair for the Northwest Arkansas chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT NWA), where she helps champion global opportunities for women in commerce.
Driven by purpose and grounded in strategic experience, Azu Denton continues to shape a future where women thrive — in business, in leadership, and in community.
